By purchasing any BizOnPage service or using this website, you agree to these terms. BizOnPage services are provided by Neulinc LLC, Hoboken, New Jersey.
BizOnPage offers two service tiers — Mobility and Presence — each available as a monthly or annual subscription. Current pricing, billing options, and exact deliverables for each tier are described on the pricing page at bizonpage.com. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual, matching your chosen plan) unless canceled in accordance with Section 7.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Your bank or card statement will show the charge as NEULINC BIZONPAGE. Payments are non-refundable once your page or website has been delivered and made live. If delivery has not begun within 5 business days of payment, a full refund will be issued upon request.
Services are billed on a recurring basis — monthly or annually, depending on the plan you select at signup. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period using the payment method on file, unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time; see Section 7 for details. If a payment fails, we will attempt to notify you and may suspend your service until payment is resolved.
You retain full ownership of all content you provide — business name, photos, services, pricing, and any other information. By providing content to BizOnPage you grant Neulinc LLC a license to display it on your profile page or website for the duration of your service. We will never sell or share your content with third parties.
Free content updates are included for the duration of your service period. Updates must be submitted via email to hello@bizonpage.com. We aim to apply all updates within 1 business day. Major redesign requests outside the original scope may be quoted separately.
You may cancel your service at any time by contacting hello@bizonpage.com. Cancelling stops future billing — no further charges will be made. Your page or website will remain live and fully functional through the end of your current paid period (monthly or annual, matching your plan), after which it will be taken offline. No refunds are issued for the unused portion of a period you've already paid for.
Neulinc LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of BizOnPage services. Our total liability in any matter is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the most recent billing period.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of BizOnPage services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify active clients of material changes by email.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Hudson County, New Jersey.

When you purchase a BizOnPage service or contact us, we may collect: your name, business name, email address, phone number, and business information you provide for your profile or website. We also collect standard website analytics data such as page visits and scan counts — no personally identifiable visitor data is collected.
We use your information solely to deliver and maintain your BizOnPage service, communicate with you about your account, and send renewal reminders. We do not use your information for marketing without your consent.
All payment processing is handled by Stripe. Neulinc LLC does not store your credit card number or payment details. Stripe's privacy policy applies to all payment transactions and can be found at stripe.com/privacy.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. We may share information only if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of Neulinc LLC or its clients.
We retain your account information for as long as your service is active, plus 30 days after expiration. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@bizonpage.com.
bizonpage.com does not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies. Basic analytics may be collected to understand site traffic in aggregate.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time. Contact hello@bizonpage.com with any such requests and we will respond within 5 business days.
