What does the QR display look like?+
A clean, professionally printed stand designed for your counter. It has your business name, the QR code, and a "scan me" prompt. It looks like it belongs there.
Can I use my own booking system?+
Yes — we link to whatever you already use. Booksy, Vagaro, Square, StyleSeat, or even just your phone number.
What happens after the year is up?+
We'll reach out before your renewal date. You'll pay the same rate you signed up at — $69/mo or $649/yr for Mobility, $149/mo or $1,399/yr for Presence. No pressure, no auto-charges without your confirmation.
What does Google Business setup include?+
We claim and verify your Google Business Profile, write your business description, set your categories and services, add up to 10 photos, confirm your hours, and respond to your first batch of reviews. After that, review responses continue monthly as part of your plan. Verification itself is handled by Google directly and can take up to 14 days — your profile page and QR display are live within 48 hours regardless of where Google's verification stands.
What is AI Phone Answering?+
It's an optional add-on for Mobility or Presence. An automated assistant answers calls to your business in your business's name, 24/7, answers common questions about your hours, services, and prices, takes the caller's name and what they need, and emails you a summary of every call. It tells callers it's an automated assistant, and you keep your existing phone number — we help you set up call forwarding.
Can I add AI Phone Answering later?+
Yes. You can add it to Mobility or Presence at any time from the add-on in the pricing section. It's billed separately, so you can cancel it without changing your plan.

Not necessarily. Mobility works well as a standalone solution for many businesses. If you're ready to move up to a full website, Presence replaces your Mobility page entirely — see the pricing cards above for exact rates.
